1. Nov.29, 1992- Foundation of Dalian Zhiyun Machine Tool Auxiliary Machine Development Company and registration place- Dalian Instrument Group Hotel.
2. Oct,1993- Rented Dalian Guang Ming Research Institute. Company office was initially located at 20 square meters of room and workshop covers only 30 square meters.
3. 1995-ZHIYUN got the first order from Dalian Diesel for Auxiliary Assembly Machine-Leak Test Instrument. ZHIYUN began to manufacture Assembly line.
4. 1994-ZHIYUN recruited engineers and design the first machine by its own employees.
5. 1997-Purchased the factory at Shui Shi Ying that covers 12,000 square meters.
6. 1999-Changed the name to Dalian Zhiyun Machine Tool Auxiliary Co.,Ltd. ZHIYUN had partnership with new customers including CUMMINS, Mitsubishi, Honda, and Foton etc.
7. 2000-Purchased the office-21st floor of Ning An Building at Huang He Road used for engineering,R&D,marketing. Registered a new company- Dalian Zhiyun Special Machine Co.,Ltd with a Million RMB of registered capital.
8. Feb.2001- ZHIYUN’s CEO-Mr.Tan and Deputed Manager-Mr.Di held the meeting for discussing Leak Test Technology and invited COSMO manager and dozens of Engine suppliers. The intention of that meeting was to develop and promote leak test technology. ZHIYUN began to enter into the Medium&High-end market. Many engine manufacturers including Dongfeng Honda knew ZHIYUN by that meeting.
9. Sep. 2001- ZHIYUN attended Germany HANNOVER Machine EXPO.
10. 2002- ZHIYUN worked on the project of Dongfeng HONDA, and introduced CES Cleaning Machine from Italy, that was the first time to sign the contract with GEFIT in Italy.
11. 2004-Purchased the factory at YingChengZi Industry Park that covers 24500㎡ of area. Expanded business scope by working on the whole process for the project in the range of Assembly, manufacturing, R&D, engineering with Automation proposal solution
12. May 2005-Aug.2005- Foundation of Dalian Gefyun Automation Co.,Ltd with $200,000 of registered capital.
13. May 28,2005- Foundation of Dalian ZHIYUN Technical Machine Co.,Ltd with 100 million RMB of registered capital. ZHIYUN cooperated with SGMW for the first time for the project and with Dongfeng Nissan as well. Organized 10 engineers to learn from CUMMINS machine on DPCA site.
14. Aug.2006-Registered Dalian AMMUT Technology Development Co.,Ltd with 500,000RMB of registered capital. ZHIYUN provided machine to DPCA for the first time.
15. 2007-Purchased the land covering 66000㎡ of area at Pu Wan New Area used for Geer and Gefyun to manufacture machines.
16. May 6,2008- Company name changed to Dalian ZHIYUN Automation Co.,Ltd.
17. July 28, 2010-ZHIYUN went on public on Shenzhen Stock Exchange Gem Listing on July,28 2010 which is the first company from Dalian listed on GEM (growth enterprise market).
18. Dec.2011-Foundation of Dalian Geer Cleaner Technology Co.,Ltd.
19. 2011-Foundation of ZHIYUN’s USA office.
20. May 2012-Trial running of new factory at Pu Wan Area and received the order for exporting machine to USA.
21. July,2012-Flexible High-pressure Washing Machine was won the third prize of Provincial Excellent Product.
22. August,2012- ZHIYUN was awarded ‘AAA-class credit enterprise for observing labor law in 2011’.
23. 2012-Introduced HR consultant project to standardize company management.
24. Nov 29,2012-ZHIYUN’ 20 years of anniversary. ZHIYUN held 3 celebration parties on Nov.3, Nov.17, and Nov.30.
25. May 24, 2013-ZHIYUN’s office moved to BEST city.The new office is used to accommodate ZHIYUN’s engineering department, R&D Center, Marketing Department, and Gefyun employees.
